Dr. Carl Plonsky, our fearless leader, keeps Union Avenue Pediatrics on the cutting edge. Carl is Board Certified in Pediatrics with subspecialty training in Developmental Pediatrics. Carl is thoroughly dedicated to his wife and four grown children. He enjoys snow skiing and the outdoors.
Left, Patricia Hoppa is one of our nurse practitioners. Patricia enjoys teaching well child care in one of our numerous well child classes. Patricia also helps get our sick kids well again.

Center, Dr. Heather Daniels. Heather is board certified in Pediatrics with subspecialty training in Developmental Pediatrics. Heather takes a special interest in the behavioral problems of the preschool and early school age child. Heather enjoys country living, hiking and the outdoors.

Right, Priscilla Taylor is our other nurse practitioner. Priscilla has advanced training in Behavioral Pediatrics and helps many of our patients in the Neurobehavioral Clinic.
Dr. Tom Charbonnel, Tom is Board Certified in Pediatrics and takes a special interest in the adolescents of our practice. Tom is an avid runner and enjoys keeping in top physical condition.
Dr. Gregory Cain joined Union Avenue Pediatrics in 1999 after moving his practice from Lakewood. Gregory is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He is an avid water skier and snow skier. Because of his numerous splashes, tumbles and falls he has taken up an interest in sports medicine. Greg and his wife have two children who all share the same passion for water sports, be the water liquid or frozen.
Dr Ted Fahy is has a interest in behavioral pediatrics. Ted is active in studying the martial arts as well as volunteering as a Latin teacher in one of the local public schools. Ted is married to our nurse practitioner Priscilla Taylor ARNP

Dr. Susanne Matthys is Board Certified in Pediatrics with over 14 years of clincal experience. Susanne and her husband Peter, an executive at Microsoft, are strong advocates for childrens issues around the world, in particuliar internet safety for children.  She is an avid snow skier and enjoys hiking.
